1. General Agreement

By purchasing from Bluediamond’s Market, you agree to these Terms of Service (“TOS”).

We provide a virtual delivery service that transfers in-game items to your Roblox account.

All in-game items remain the property of Roblox Corporation or their respective game developers. You receive a limited, revocable license to use these items in-game.

Bluediamond’s Market is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation, any game developers, or third-party platforms where our listings may appear.

All customers must be at least 13 years old, or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase.

2. Payments

All prices are listed in USD.

Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Stripe, and other approved channels displayed at checkout.

Payments must be made in full before delivery.

3. Delivery

Delivery is performed in-game to the Roblox username provided at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring the username is correct. Incorrect usernames may cause delays and will not be refunded.

Orders under $50 USD are typically delivered the same day or within 48 hours.

Orders over $50 USD may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery times include any delays due to item acquisition or game availability.

If we cannot deliver within the stated timeframe, you may choose:

A replacement of similar value plus 10% extra.

To wait for the original order.

Delivery may be delayed due to Roblox server downtime, in-game restrictions, or your unavailability.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Be online and ready to join the game at the agreed delivery time.

Respond promptly to staff communications to avoid delays.

Follow all Roblox rules during the trade.

If you cannot be present at the agreed time, notify us at least 2 hours in advance to reschedule.

You must claim your items within 14 days of purchase. If you do not respond or arrange delivery within this period, the order will be considered forfeited and no refund will be issued.

5. Risk & Limitations

Once the delivery is completed, we are not responsible for:

Loss of items due to account bans, suspensions, or game restrictions.

Changes, removals, or adjustments made by Roblox or the game developers.

Any trades, exchanges, or resales you make after receiving the item.

Purchases are made at your own risk.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including suspected fraud or abusive behavior.

6. Communication

All official communication about your order will be handled through the platform you purchased on or via our listed contact methods.

We will never contact you from an unverified account — beware of impersonators.

7. Changes to the TOS

We may update these terms at any time.

The latest version will always be available on our official shop page.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
